YOUR INFORMATION & PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Tri-Cities Foundation Repair Help is an independent homeowner information and referral resource. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared and retained when visitors use our website or available referral services.

Our initial editorial focus is foundation repair concerns in Johnson City, Tennessee. We distinguish what the current informational website does from services that may be added in the future.

01 / WEBSITE VISITS

Information associated with visiting the website

When a website is accessed, its hosting or technical infrastructure provider may process information needed to deliver pages and protect its systems. Depending on the final hosting setup, this could include an IP address, browser or device characteristics, requested pages, date and time of access, referrer information if supplied by the browser, and operational or security logs.

These are examples of ordinary technical request data, not a claim that our publisher currently maintains its own database of visitor profiles. The production host's specific logging, locations and retention settings have not yet been verified.

Google Fonts: Our current design loads Inter through Google Fonts. The browser makes requests to Google's font services, which may receive technical request details such as an IP address and browser information. We do not control Google's independent processing. You can read Google's Privacy Policy .

02 / COOKIES & ANALYTICS

Cookies and website analytics

In the audited Astro source, we found no code intentionally writing browser cookies or local storage for marketing or behavioral analysis. We also found no active Google Analytics, Tag Manager, advertising pixel or behavioral-session recording script.

The layout contains a conditional event handler for a future click on an approved referral phone button. That handler does not, by itself, install Google Analytics or establish an active referral tracking service.

Technical systems, browser services and third parties can have their own practices. If analytics, pixels, additional cookie technologies or other integrations are introduced, this policy and any legally required notices and consent choices should be updated before their use.

03 / INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

Information shared voluntarily

The current website does not provide an active homeowner referral form, ZIP-code eligibility form or lead-submission database. A verified publisher contact method is also still being prepared for public use.

If a working contact email or form is provided later, we may receive the information a visitor chooses to provide, such as a name, email address, message and foundation-related question. The intended purpose would be to address the inquiry or an applicable request, subject to the actual system and disclosures in place at that time.

If a lead form is added, we will first describe what is collected, who receives it, why it is shared and any necessary consent. Visitors should avoid including sensitive financial, identity or medical details in general homeowner questions.

TELEPHONE & REFERRAL TRANSPARENCY

Referral Calls & Telephone Privacy

Our network relationship does not mean a public calling service is currently operating.

There is no active, verified referral tracking number on this website at present. When an approved referral telephone number becomes available, calls may be routed through independent telephone service and referral providers. Information needed to connect, process and document a call may be handled by those providers.

Before activating telephone referrals, we must verify which parties process which information. Depending on the actual configuration, that may involve a caller's number, date and time, duration, connection status, approximate calling region, routing details or referral attribution. This list describes items to check, not a statement that all are currently collected.

Recording, monitoring and transcription

We have not confirmed that calls will be recorded, monitored or transcribed, and we do not assume those practices are absent. If any are used, appropriate caller notices, any required consent handling and accurate privacy disclosures must be implemented before the live call flow is enabled. Calling a number is not, by itself, a guaranteed legally sufficient recording consent process.

Provider routing, caller information, retention rules and consent practices must be checked against the actual approved program before activation.

04 / PURPOSES

How information may be used

Technical request information may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver pages, maintain technical performance, investigate problems and protect against misuse. We do not currently operate a live referral lead form or a verified call attribution route that captures homeowner inquiries through this site.

If those features later become operational, relevant information may be used to respond to voluntary inquiries, connect a requested homeowner inquiry with a participating independent provider, determine whether a referral qualifies, address misuse or fraud, and keep necessary business or compliance records. These uses would depend on the final service and disclosures.

We do not present unimplemented marketing, analytics or referral features as current data practices.

05 / THIRD-PARTY SHARING

Sharing Information With Service Providers

For the website as currently built, technical requests may involve the website's hosting infrastructure and Google's font services. No active homeowner lead form or verified telephone route is transmitting new referral inquiries from this website.

If an approved referral channel becomes operational, the involved call-routing or referral partners and the independent provider receiving the requested inquiry may receive information needed for their roles. Which parties receive information, the extent of sharing and whether one or more recipients are involved must be explained based on the actual process and any applicable consent obligations.

We may receive compensation for qualifying referrals. The legal treatment of certain referral-related data transfers depends on the facts and applicable privacy law; we do not make an unsupported blanket claim that personal information is never sold or shared. We do not currently offer a separate website signup for unsolicited telemarketing.

Information may also be disclosed where required by a lawful process. We do not claim that all independent providers follow the same data-use, privacy or retention practices.

06 / RETENTION & PROTECTION

Data retention and security

We have not verified the production host's log-retention settings, because production hosting details are not yet confirmed. If a working publisher contact channel, call-routing service or billing workflow is activated, its actual access, deletion and retention arrangements must be identified and accurately reflected here.

Retention may depend on operational need, service-provider rules and applicable legal, billing or compliance requirements. We do not claim a fixed 30-, 60- or 90-day deletion policy for logs, inquiries, referral metadata, call recordings or financial records.

We intend to use appropriate safeguards for the services actually deployed, but no website or information system can promise perfect security. Production HTTPS and provider security settings must be confirmed during launch QA rather than assumed from this local development build.

07 / REMOTE OPERATIONS

International access and processing

The publisher operates remotely. Depending on administrative access and the website, email or referral providers ultimately used, technical information or visitor communications may be accessed or processed outside a visitor's country, including outside the United States.

The specific providers, regions and cross-border arrangements for the eventual production service have not yet been verified. Our initial focus on Johnson City is an editorial geographic focus, not a claim that we are incorporated, staffed or physically located in Tennessee.

08 / YOUR QUESTIONS & CHOICES

Privacy questions and requests

Depending on applicable law and the information involved, a visitor may be able to ask about personal information, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern about its handling. The specific rights and procedures depend on the person's circumstances and the systems that hold the information.

For privacy questions or applicable data requests, email [email protected]. Include enough detail to identify your concern, but avoid sharing unrelated sensitive information.

We do not promise an unverified response deadline or the ability to erase information independently retained by external providers. Applicable legal obligations will need to be addressed through the relevant verified contact process.

09 / CHILDREN

Children's privacy

This website is intended for homeowners and adults researching property concerns. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a live service has received personal information from a child in circumstances requiring action under applicable law, we will need to address it appropriately.

Reading these homeowner guides is not presented as a service that legally requires every visitor to be at least 18 years old.

10 / OUTSIDE WEBSITES

External resources and other websites

Links to the National Weather Service, U.S. Geological Survey, Tennessee authorities, Johnson City's permit resources, other referenced websites take visitors to independent services.

Those sites may have their own information practices, cookies and privacy notices. A link is provided as a research resource, not as an endorsement or a guarantee about another organization's handling of data.

11 / POLICY CHANGES

Updates to this Privacy Policy

This policy should change when the website's real hosting, contact, analytics, referral-call, provider-sharing or retention practices meaningfully change. Material changes should be reflected in the public text and communicated as required by applicable law.

A displayed policy effective or updated date must match an actual publication or revision event. We do not change dates automatically to create the appearance of a fresh review.
